This is a form consultation for clients prior to booking their first session. This allows for you, a potential client, to gather more information about unclefemmy and his services. It also allows the unclefemmy to assess whether and how best he can be of service to you.

Alot of our clients often come prepared with the type of services they want but in several cases, through initial consultation, clients are made aware of other services they didn’t know they need or resort to changing the services they sought.

An initial consultation serves several important purposes and delivers valuable benefits such as: Assessment, Establishing rapport, Clarification of expectations and Information gathering.

A 30 mins initial consultation cost $100

However, this fee goes directly towards your payment for any of the services if you sign up for. Which in turn makes the initial consultation FREE to all our clients.

The cost of Initial consultation is not refundable.

This varies across all our services; and could be determined on case-by-case basis.

While some consultations with our clients may last 60 minutes, some require longer sessions extended over a period of time. Some of the prices come as a package, while some are contractual.

A 60-minute consultation costs within the range of $200 to $300 (USD). Meetings are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone (-5 GMT), so sessions may be early in the morning or late at night depending on what of the world you are. Consultations take place over agreed teleconferencing (audio/visual) platform. Payment must be received in advance, and insurance is not accepted. See the FAQ below for more information.

Payments can be processed through Zelle for clients within the country or via PayPal for those abroad. We do not accept credit card payments. Ensure to consult with Unclefemmy before using any payment methods not mentioned here to see if it’s acceptable. Additionally, any transaction fees incurred will be your responsibility, on top of the consultation cost.

At the session’s outset, you’re encouraged to share with Unclefemmy any information you believe is crucial for him to grasp your situation fully. Afterward, your objectives will be reviewed and confirmed. As the session advances, Unclefemmy will engage more actively and provide more direct guidance, adapting his approach to help you achieve your stated goals.

Depending on the case/client, consultation could be structured into different forms of classes, intensive coaching and with a curriculum.

In some cases, Unclefemmy creates a plan with the client if consultation requires various sessions.

This is usually covered over a certain time period that is often made very flexible and convenient for the client.

Although there’s no mandatory preparation needed, it’s beneficial to take a moment before your meeting to think about the topics you wish to discuss, gather data that needs to be analyzed, collate documents that need to be reviewed. This preparation ensures that you make the most out of your session with Unclefemmy, allowing for a more focused and productive consultation.

Yes, consultations with Unclefemmy are private and confidential. He does not record the sessions or maintain a written record of the discussions. Everything shared during your consultation remains strictly between you and him. It’s important to understand, though, that “confidential” does not equate to “privileged.” Because the consultation doesn’t establish a therapist-client relationship, the conversations are not protected by legal privilege, meaning disclosure could be compelled under specific circumstances, such as a court order.
Unclefemmy might draw on the insights gained during consultations for future educational content. Should this occur, be assured that your anonymity will be preserved—your name and any personal identifiers will be omitted or altered to ensure your privacy is maintained.

Owing to the confidential nature of his consultations, Unclefemmy does not solicit or publish testimonials from previous clients. This ensures that the privacy and trust of his consultation sessions are maintained, while still providing potential clients with an understanding of his work.

Unclefemmy values his time and has implemented a cancellation policy for consultations to reflect this. If a consultation is cancelled last-minute (within 48 hours) or if there is a no-show, he will retain 50% of the consultation fee for the first occurrence. For any subsequent last-minute cancellation or no-show, the entire consultation fee (100%) will be kept. Additionally, Unclefemmy will offer to reschedule a session only once, underscoring the importance of committing to scheduled consultations.

After submission, you will receive an email OR a call detailing Unclefemmy’s next available appointment slot and further information on how to proceed with the services you need.
